Ogunda Masa Botanica

I was scheduled for a reading today at 3pm. I called them to ask a question and mention my reading. I was then told that the person is out after dental work earlier in the morning. I find this very unprofessional. Had I not called, I would have shown up at the appointment to find out it's canceled without prior communication from this establishment.

The energy when you walk in is amazing. Both the ladies working were knowledgeable and nice. They have wonderful selection everything is very clean and tidy (nothing was dusty in this shop). They also do consultations. Will definitely be revisiting in the future.

I typically do not write reviews but today I had to! This shop is absolutely beautiful!!!! From the energy to the people. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and the owners were very attentive and helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. Soperas are gorgeous, wide selection of statues, amazing selection of waters, baños and candles. This will forever be my go to from now on 🤍 Thank you!

I drove nearly two hours away for an appointment I’ve made for a consultation. I arrive to the location 20 minutes prior to my schedule appointment to find the location closed. I never received a courtesy call in regards to the location being closed or that my appointment was canceled. Very poor customer service, lack of communication. This location is very inconsistent. If I could rate zero stars trust me I would.

Service is great 👍 and I love the fact that they have fresh plants 🌱 which is so hard to find in CT and variety of candles. I’m so happy I came a cross this Botanica. Thank you 😊
