Pottery Barn

Normally I love Pottery Barn but this store was hands down the worst experience. We were in there for 30-40 minutes looking at various pieces, taking photos, looking at fabric swatches, etc. In other words, it was obvious we weren’t browsing. Not one person ever asked us if we needed assistance! The only acknowledgment we received was a snarky answer to a question followed by a dirty look. Lucky for me I know how to navigate the website and take care of myself.

Too boujee for Reno; kind of furniture store you usually find in New York or Vancouver. Pottery Barn is one of my favorite stores. It’s a little pricey; nevertheless you get quality stuff with great design.

Superb customer service and excellent products. Despite my difficult schedule with my work, the design specialists/customer service agents were very understanding and incredibly helpful. Thank you!!

Nothing like walking into a beautiful, way over priced, uppity store and never having anyone acknowledge you’re there. The women who work this store need lessons on customer engagement and just plain common courtesy.
