Sierra Water

A beautiful boutique plant store in Reno; what a surprise to find this little gem. Prices are very reasonable and staff is professional. They have a great variety of plants and home goods. They also sell gardening outfits and gardening books. You can also make your own custom bouquet with a variety of beautiful stems. Lots of free parking available in front of the store.

The only place I can find healthy plants year round, their in house homemade soil is to die for, the deals on plants are much lower than any places I’ve seen in town, I’ve never had a plant die from sierra water gardens yet and I’ve gotten over 30 at least and I can’t say the same for anywhere else I’ve tried at least since living in Reno.

Really love this shop. It always smells so good when you walk in and they have so much to choose from. I have a Philodendron Brazil from here that I got a while ago and it’s thriving. Always has petals growing. Today we purchased a Philodendron Silver Sword and a Hoya Exotica. They’re both beautiful! I recommend coming here if you’re looking for a wide selection of plants or even plants that are big/mature!
