They were supposed to call me and give me an estimate before any repairs were done. They also had an option of two different hoses and I had not chosen one and when I went to pick it up, they had chosen the more expensive one. This isn’t the first time this is happened With them automatically doing the repairs even though I said you must call me first. They did not call me in a few days like they said and did not call me after they did Tell me it was ready

Very nice folks. Left the vacuum there much longer than I should have; but, they were very understanding. Repairs made well and quickly. Cost was reasonable and much less than a new or reconditioned vacuum cleaner. I highly recommend this business.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I have had my vacuum repaired here and it was reasonably priced and didn't take too long. I really appreciate and like that they are selling products to help keep us healthy through this pandemic. Locally owned by a great Christian family.

Dropped my Electrolux power head off and was running errands in town. Within an hour they called and told me what was wrong and the cost to repair. The next day it was fixed. Great service, friendly people!
