Staff is great and I want this store to stick around. I only did 4 stars because some of the pricing is just so way off. Some items seem worth it, others possibly not. It’s up to you. Yes, I absolutely do understand small batch retail costs, pricing and staff obligations. It’s just that about half the items, usually the less luxurious ones, are a bit much on the old price tag? Like if I spent that much on a gift no one would know that from the item itself.

Lots of fun souvenirs and gifts if you are visiting Portland. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tender Loving Empire was a great lovely shop. They have the best handmade gifts Such as a variety of jewelry, housewares, cards, prints, and a record store. It is a great place to go gift shopping for many occasions and a great place to find locally made products.

This gift shop is full of fun and wonderful gifts. Art prints, bath salts, T shirts, note cards, jewelry, stickers, cat nip treats for kitties and so much more. As the sign on the door says, Unboring gifts for dreamers and Do-gooders. A fresh shop for fine gifts for your pal or yourself. This shop celebrates the wonders of Portland.
