Not actually open when it says it’s open - apparently you have to book an appointment just to go in and look at crystals/ other items - also no one answers the phone. I’m sure the owner is lovely but she clearly needs help from someone to allow the store to be more functional and join the 21st century. I drove 25 minutes just to go to this store to be told I could only come in with an appointment. Very disappointed.

Been emailing for weeks. Ordered December 11th. Didn't ship until January 3rd which is fair enough as it says up to 21 business days but tracking shows only the label was created and it wasn't actually sent. Won't reply to emails so I now have to dispute with my bank. They clearly do not care about their customers
