I went by to buy a ladder. They had what I was looking for but a lack of staff made my purchase take an extended length of time. Once I got an employee to help he was outstanding and deserves kudos for the job he did.

Helpful associate cut plywood for me. Clean and orderly store, no debris on the floor and aisles are clear and carts for lumber are lined up at Pro entrance as opposed to the competition across the street where aisles are often blocked, saw does not work, debris not cleaned up and lumber carts are hard to find.

Homedepot's friendly and accommodating attitude towards allowing dogs in the store and providing excellent customer service. They not only show kindness to their human customers, but also to our furry four-legged friends. This is a commendable practice that demonstrates their social responsibility and respect for their customers. I hope that more companies can learn from Homedepot's example and provide genuine care and respect for their customers.

One guy working the rentals on a Sunday is ridiculous. Took an hour to get machine even with reservation, then it would not start. Waiting in line well into hour 2 to get some help.
