Trudy's Hallmark Shop

I have shopped at multiple Hallmark stores in several states. Trudy’s Hallmark, at the Ceilo Vista Mall, is the best Hallmark store, hands down!! The employees are amazing! They are courteous, professional, and friendly. They always remember me and which ornaments and other items I collect. They have gone above and beyond, several times, to help me obtain items I was seeking. I really feel like a valued customer every time I interact with the employees at this store.

Based on my experiences here, this store is simply alright. I love going to various Hallmarks, but this one isn't my favorite. On my most recent visit, once again, the store had many items very close to one another in which there is not much room for walking around. If it's crowded in there, then it would become a problem. Not a spacious place. Customer service was average. No major issues, but would maybe recommend and/or maybe return.

Every time I go it is an experience, both the things that I always find and the staff who are always very friendly and when I can't find something I'm looking for they always try to help and look for it, if it's not in the store they help me look for it in other stores near my area where I live always with patience and kindness with people.

Amazing customer service from the girls in here! The manager was a great help, got my ornaments and some chocolates and left feeling confident about my purchase!
