Although the staff was extremely friendly & welcoming I am disappointed with my hair cut. I went in for a trim & a blowout. I specifically said multiple times keep as much length and no layers. I left with short hair & short choppy layers. Throughout the cut I brought up my concerns with how short it was multiple times. Here’s photos of my hair before and after!

Laila, was a phenomenal cashier. She was so sweet and very helpful with making sure my purchase went smoothly. We had a lovely chat and it was very nice to have a chat while she was checking my items out. She’s definitely a great catchier! Love this Ulta place, I come here all the time.

Called and came in spontaneously recently and Lauren was more than able to accommodate me. Despite the mess of hair from using home dyes over the last few months- she was more than able and willing to give me the makeover I needed! With very few inspo pics on my end she easily achieved the full highlight I was going for. Couldn’t be any happier! 10/10 recommend!

Daisey was absolutely amazing! She full of energy, kindness, and enthusiasm! She exemplified true customer service, making my experience unforgettable. Her personable and authentic approach encouraged me to return to the store since it was my first time visiting. I wish all customer reps were as wonderful as Daisey!
