Ulta Beauty

So I don’t come to Ulta very often. I came 20 min before closing. I came to shop for a certain foundation and I was looking for long lasting powder as well. The workers never greeted me and also they were busy talking to each other. No one offered help and I felt I was in their way. Next time, I’ll be going back to Sephora for my beauty products.

Jessica did a fantastic job on my hair! She made me feel so comfortable for the entire appointment and asked all the right questions to make sure she knew what my vision was. Highly recommend her!

I was so happy with the customer service delivered by “Alexis” in the MAC section. She me provided great tips and tricks for make up. She was very thorough when matching my foundation. Her skills were amazing! I would recommend everyone to go here. Thank you, for your time and help, Alexis.

I came in on Sunday and I needed help with a couple of hair care products, perfumes and so on. I had asked Hannah for her advice, she was incredibly helpful. She was honest and sweet. I also had another girl help me but sadly I didn’t catch her name. They were both incredibly sweet!
