Walgreens

The entire staff horrible!! Their most tenured technician has the absolute worst attitude of take it or leave it! Their pharmacist Ike for example, zero customer service skills. Their lead pharmacist, Eric, excuses and allows it all because they are a high volume pharmacy. Hence, no accountability.

Some rude pharmacy members, I called to get some answers they talked down on me, and ended the call.

Very bad customer service. They say in the recording that they strive to perform excellent customer service but they do nothing of the sort. They never answer the phone at the pharmacy and you have to wait on hold forever. Very poor professionalism and very bad customer service. If you can avoid it, don't go to this Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

man worst place ever. worst customer service. trying to pay and the cashier looks at me like im annoying her to buy something. went to pick up some medication for my mother. said it would take 3 hours to fill the prescription and to come back after 1pm. well they take lunch until 2pm. Stupid person couldnt have said that and not make us wait. Horrible service. take your business anywhere else!

The parking lot of this Walgreens tends to get packed. And yet this truck which belongs to an employee continues to double park day after day not allowing their own customers to park. So worried they might ding their pretty little truck. I'm guessing this employee does not care for customer service. Like yell don't take long to begin with
