Yankee Candle

Went to yankee store today. I am an employee from another state. Was welcomed with big smiles. Employees were awesome and very helpful. We chatted a little and they actually showed me some tricks on scent mixing I didn't know about. I had a friend with me and we worked together to help her pick out the best items for her. This store was very clean and the employees were awesome!!!

My experience was terrible. The staff was rude and judgmental, especially a woman with blonde and black dress. It felt like we were being judged based on our appearance, which is unacceptable. All we did was ask about bath bombs and—what’s wrong with that? Customers should be treated with respect regardless of how they look. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Blonde hair lady works there so rude we ask her a simple question and she made us feel stupid. We regret walking in that store , this supposed to be a simple candle shopping :/

The staff at this store were amazing today. From the moment I walked in to the store I am greeded with a welcome. The staff Ren, Yaslynn and Kristina were all great people. They helped me picked my candles. My taste is one that they understood. I notice a really good "Team Playing Enviroment", everyone helping eachother. The store is clean an neat. This is my go to store because of their amazing customer service. D.X.M.

The staff, specifically Christina, was incredible. She helped resolve an issue I was having with an online purchase and basically made everything right! Made our day. She also showed my mom an amazing act of kindness which i won’t ever forget. Thank you and happy holidays!
