Yankee Candle

Yankee Candle had a good sale going on, so I decided to go and pick up some candles up. The young ladies were very nice and helped me with everything I needed. Pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. No issues and a nice store.

I was in yankee candle today around 4pm. I had a gift certificate for $25 I picked a candle that was $15. I asked for help to find something to reach my $25. I got such an attitude from the girl. She even walked away from me without answering my question. The store was empty. When I went to pay, more attitude. I checked out n thanked her. No reply at all back. I'm 64 yo n my son 31. Was surprised also with her rudness.

The place was nice but I bought a Sicilian Lemon Candle for my husband because he was born in Sicily and his grandmother owned a lemon orchard. I have been using this candle for 4 days and there is absolutely no scent at all. Keep it on at least 2-3 hrs but still no scent. It like a scent less candle. Very disappointed. It was a real large candle and cost a pretty penny.

We're Loyal customers! Sad the rt.9 location got shut down. Nonetheless, this is very nice store and the staff is EXTREMELY helpful & friendly! I hope some new summer scents come in!
